Overview

I created this guide to help educators organize their Google Drive more effectively and cut down on time spent searching for files. It walks through simple steps for naming folders, keeping things consistent, and using features like color coding and shared drives. The goal was to make file management feel more manageable—especially for teachers juggling lots of digital content.

This project shows my ability to write clear, practical instructions that are easy to follow and actually useful in a school setting. It also reflects my interest in creating tools that support others and make everyday workflows more efficient.
